The unique touch of handmade
All our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted, meaning slight variations in colour, size, or finish may naturally occur. These beautiful variations are an intrinsic part of the unique nature of handmade items and are not considered defects, but rather hallmarks of true artistry.

Your order, our process
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed within 7 working days, though this may vary. Delivery times depend on location and postal services; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Our promise, your peace of mind
Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where goods are faulty or not as described, in line with your statutory rights under UK law. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will then arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as legally required. Orders for customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please follow the care instructions provided to maintain the quality of your jewellery, as we are not liable for damage caused by misuse or neglect. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, with our total liability limited to the value of the product purchased. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
