Children's & Schools Fun Therapeutic Workshops
Creative Minds, Happy Hearts –
Looking for a joyful way to spark creativity, build confidence, and help children express themselves? Alex's arts & crafts workshops are the perfect blend of play, imagination, and emotional wellbeing.
In each session, small intimate groups of children ( ages 5- 11, ) explore exciting projects — from colourful collages and clay creations to mindful painting and nature-inspired crafts. Guided by Alex's friendly, kind and unique approach, they’ll not only make something beautiful but also learn to relax, share ideas, and celebrate their own unique talents.

Prices are for smaller group sizes to keep it intimate (2-10), but bigger groups workshops can be arranged, with help from the school teaching assistance. All or most materials are included.

15 Art Therapy Ideas for Kids
- Feelings Wheel Collage: Have children create a collage using magazine cut-outs and drawings to illustrate different emotions.
